Parameters for Steric Mass Action Law binding model.

Attributes:
adsorption_ratelist of unsigned floats.

Adsorption rate constants. Length depends on n_comp.

desorption_ratelist of unsigned floats.

Desorption rate constants. Length depends on n_comp.

characteristic_chargelist of unsigned floats.

Characteristic charges of the protein; The number of sites $

steric_factorlist of unsigned floats.
